Marty has spent 15 years in manufacturing in the glass and glazing industry. Cutting his teeth with Tubelite in Walker, MI. Moving to Texas and taking over a door fabrication facility, Marty implemented Lean Manufacturing principles and developed the operation into a world class door facility. Marty spent the next 13 years transforming manufacturing facilities within the glass and glazing industry through implementation of lean principles and a focus on people development. Marty will provide guidance to the overall operations process. Marty has also served as a Marine for 6 years and 12 years as an Army Logistics Officer. Marty is a 100% disabled combat veteran. Married 21 years and a father of 7 children.

ZACHARY SNYDER
Zach began his career as a professional soccer player overseas and soon after transitioned into mechanical engineering. He has spent 5 years in manufacturing in the glass and glazing industry. Zach originally began as a CNC programmer at a glazing facility in Denver and later progressed into procurement/logistics manager at the same company. Zach’s strength was system and process development which allowed him to transition to another glazing company as a plant manager. As a plant manager he learned how to design and create a fabrication facility from the ground up with a 36 man crew. Zach just got married this year and is set on building a world class manufacturing facility in order to support his new family.
